Needed advice for my senior dog. He has now passed . I went to them when my other dog was sick .they helped me carry him in . There was nothing that they could do for him. He passed away on the table . But did all the paperwork for his cremation and his paw print. Very nice atmosphere. Would recommend them to my friend and family
I was able to get in the same day when my dog was sick. Once there it was a quick in and out experience. They made my dog feel very comfortable. I have seen two doctors there and they both were great. They explained everything in depth and showed his X-rays and lab work to me. He was feeling better just a few days after he started the medication prescribed. Price is average for any vet you would go to.
Dr. Pillsbury is the best! Staff is very caring and polite. Have been going there since I retired from the Veterinary field. So you know I would only take my fur baby's to those most trusted❣️
The doctors have been amazing with helping my fur family and myself to understand my dogs health issues. Dr. Dexter has listened to me and my observations with him, and we have come up with a new approach. She is also very attentive to both my cats!

Dr. Balaj is simply the best! He is experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He is very busy because he is so good, but always takes the time to answer questions and spend time with you during in person visits. He also follows up with personal phone calls to check in during and after business hours. The entire staff has been friendly and professional as well. If you bring your pet to Harper Woods Veterinary Hospital, they will be in great hands!
We have gone here over 20 years with our dogs. When we could not see the regular doctor when one was sick was given another doctor to see so we have seen them all- and have received excellent care. Our last 2 dogs have seen Dr Dexter and she is absolutely the best- she has taken time to explain things and given excellent medical care to our last dog who had cancer and our present dog who has some medical issues and anxiety. The staff there is wonderful. Highly recommend Harper Woods Veterinary Hospital.
Absolutely amazing!!! The staff at the Harper Woods Veterinary Hospital are so kind and they really care about the health and well being of my kitties! I recently had to put one of my beloved cats to sleep and the staff and Dr. Pilsbury made the experience such a loving one. They were SO kind and caring and reassuring. They continue to provide care to my other 2 feline babies and I can't thank them enough for all that they do!!!
